We are looking for a reliable individual based in the United States to host and maintain laptops on behalf of software engineers who are employed by U.S. companies but will be working remotely from abroad. Key Responsibilities: Receive, set up, and maintain several laptops at your home or office. Ensure each laptop is connected to the Internet and configured according to provided specifications. Keep the laptops powered on daily and maintain remote access availability for engineers to perform their work. Handle minor on-site tasks such as software updates, basic troubleshooting, and routine system checks. Monitor the condition of the laptops and report any issues or damages in a timely manner. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the engineers to coordinate usage and resolve any technical concerns. Requirements: Must be a resident of the United States. Familiarity with basic laptop setup and configuration. Highly responsible and organized, with the ability to manage multiple devices. Strong communication skills.
