Confidential Housekeeper - Part-Time Location: La Jolla, CA 92037 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:30/10:00 AM - 1:30/2:00 PM Compensation: $40-45/hour DOE + generous year-end bonus Benefits: 5 paid sick/personal days, 7 paid vacation days, 8 paid holidays (falling on regularly scheduled workdays) A private and peaceful residence in La Jolla is seeking a mature, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to care for the interior of a beautifully maintained, ocean-view home. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing five-star cleaning and will be familiar with caring for high-end finishes and furnishings. The homeowner values discretion, kindness, and professionalism. A strong work ethic, loyalty, and a no-drama attitude are essential. Candidates must be mature, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a tranquil environment. This position requires someone who truly enjoys housekeeping and maintaining a beautiful, well-kept space. Responsibilities include: High-level housekeeping and deep cleaning Laundry and linen care Knowledge of fine furnishings and materials Occasional errands and grocery shopping Pet-friendly (two kittens arriving in November 2025) Requirements: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Must pass background screening Local candidates only (no relocation) Non-smoker Start date: June 20, 2025 Required Qualifications: Age: Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Experience: Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred. Driving Record: A driver's license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement. Criminal Background: A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement. Residency Requirement: All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien. Commitment: Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
