Maintenance Worker

The Maintenance Worker performs basic daily maintenance of building or complex of buildings, equipment, and grounds as well as, performs minor repairs and installations, and reports observed facility needs or issues to the Office Manager. The Maintenance Worker also oversees the maintenance and upkeep of agency vehicles. This position will support maintenance in Carpentersville, Palatine & Schaumburg locations. Candidate qualifications: + A year of related maintenance experience required. + Proficiency in use of hand and electrical tools required. + Effective written and verbal communication skills required. + Basic computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft office preferred + Valid driver's license required. + Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred. Job details: Compensation: Hourly: Range is between $20.50-24.00 per hour, offers are commensurate with experience. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
