Experienced BARTENDERS/SERVERS Needed (Huntington Beach) compensation: minimum wage plus tips employment type: job title: Bartender/Server Popular neighborhood Sports Bar looking for experienced BARTENDERS/SERVERS able to work well alone and with others. Must be friendly, energetic, outgoing and able to multitask and always work with a smile! You MUST have food service and cocktail knowledge and know how to treat customers extremely well. You will be expected to build repeat business with guests with your friendly, attentive and engaging attitude. Open availability is PREFERRED. You also MUST: -- be 21+, with 4-5 years experience in bar/restaurant food service; -- have both Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service certifications; -- be adept at using social media to attract customers and build a base of regulars; -- live nearby, have open availability and your own reliable means of transportation; and -- have strong references from current/previous employers.
