Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu development, food service management, and kitchen operations. The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary functions within the hotel, including the main kitchen, banquet services, in-room dining, and MClub. This role requires a dynamic and inspiring leader with a genuine passion for cooking and training, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences while upholding the highest standards of quality, creativity, hygiene, and cost efficiency. This is a working position.

Responsibilities

Develop and design creative menus that reflect current food trends while catering to diverse customer preferences.

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.

Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste through effective stock management.

Coordinate catering services for events and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and service.

Maintain high standards of food handling practices to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary field.

Strong skills in menu planning, food service management, and kitchen operations.

Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience in catering and banquet services is required.

Excellent knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
