Responsibilities Greet and communicate with patients and visitors within the facility Answer incoming calls to the facility Assists employees with questions and concerns Register patients and verify identity, demographics, financial and insurance information Communicates department updates/changes Open mail and distribute Accept and record patient cost share payments Prepare and reconcile daily deposits Maintain clean and tidy lobby area Verify vendor and visitor sign in Patient chart preparation Monitors and delegates daily operational tasks Responsible for managing patient flow Provides team with appropriate education and training Lead team huddles on weekly basis Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual preferred 2 years' experience as a receptionist and/or 1 year experience in a leadership role 3 years' experience in the medical field Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical soft ware Strong communication skills USD $16.00/Hr. USD $24.00/Hr.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual preferred

2 years experience as a receptionist and/or 1 year experience in a leadership role

3 years experience in the medical field

Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology

Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical soft ware

Strong communication skills
