NORWOOD TOWERS POST ACUTE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! Housekeeping Aides, helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to facility standards Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as required Collect and dispose of trash and laundry appropriately Restock supplies and linens in assigned areas Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor Follow infection control, health, and safety policies Provide respectful and courteous service to residents at all times Assist with other housekeeping tasks as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (healthcare setting a plus) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Attention to detail and strong time management skills Physical ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Commitment to confidentiality and resident dignity What We Offer: Supportive team environment Paid training and orientation Health and dental benefits (for eligible employees) Opportunities for advancement within the organization Recognition programs and employee wellness initiatives PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country.
