The DKCQ Runner/Busser is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external guests. A smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge are all prerequisites for the job. Running and serving food, bussing, assisting the food servers, and managing a clean and organized workstation are the daily responsibilities of this position. Customer service, timeliness, and being a team player are the values that make our runners/bussers and the property successful. Responsible for performing all duties according to Draft Kings at Casino Queen policies, procedures, IGB guidelines, state of Illinois alcohol laws, and Internal Controls. 1 year Runner/Busser experience in a fast-paced environment, required. Food Handler Certification is required. Must be 21 years of age or older. Hep A vaccination on, or before, the first day of work Must be able to work Weekends, Nights, and Holidays QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED Previous work experience Able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License
