Line Cooks will have worked a minimum of 1 year in a commercial kitchen performing food preparation. Must be fast. The candidate must know how to follow recipes and demonstrate competent knife skills. They will also understand and follow sanitation practices. Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, team oriented and able to work in a high volume kitchen and get along with others. They must also show professionalism in all aspect of their duties and have an attention to detail. Dishwashers starting pay $14-15/hour. Will train. Part time available. Compensation for line cooks starts at $17 - $20 per hour depending on skill level.
