What Does a Back of House (Kitchen) Chick-fil-A Team Member Do? A Chick-fil-A team BOH member performs food preparation duties consisting of cooking food, assembling sandwiches and other food products, prepping salads, washing dishes, etc. Job Description: Chick-fil-A at Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking both full-time and part-time Team Members for Kitchen / Back of House (BOH) positions.
