The expo passes customer orders to kitchen staff and inspects the dishes to confirm that guests receive proper order. Works with Chef and Sushi Chef Opening and closing side work and maintenance of expo pass Busser duties include: Act as server assistant by bussing dishes, clearing tables, setting tables and restocking items and helping guests. Makes sure silverware, flatware, glasswareare available to all staff Serves water to guests Serves food to guests and identifies items efficiently Opening and closing sidework Please include resume and a little bit about yourself.
