About the Position:

We are looking for a disciplined and enthusiastic Line Cook who thrives in a brigade-style kitchen and is passionate about excellence. Our ideal candidate demonstrates strong culinary skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency in every dish. As a Line Cook, you will be essential in executing our menu to the highest standard while maintaining the quality and precision that define our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, following recipes and presentation standards
  • Execute daily mise en place, ensuring readiness for service
  • Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold sanitation and food safety guidelines
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team during service
  • Assist with ingredient preparation, plating, and any kitchen duties as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen environment, with a focus on teamwork and quality

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen, preferably as a Line Cook
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in an upscale environment
  • Familiarity with European and Spanish cuisines is a plus
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
