Position: Line Cook Lunch Shift Location: The Wigwam Patio Restaurant, Onwentsia Club Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

The Wigwam at Onwentsia Club is a vibrant, casual patio restaurant that brings together the relaxed energy of outdoor dining with the elevated standards of a private country club. We are seeking a dependable and passionate Line Cook to join our team for the lunch shift.

About the Role: As a Line Cook at The Wigwam, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes quality, consistency, and member satisfaction. While the setting is casual, the food is elevatedfeaturing fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes during high-volume service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute lunch service in a timely and consistent manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service

• Follow all recipes and plating standards to ensure quality and presentation

• Support prep and set-up of ingredients prior to service

• Communicate clearly with kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

• Uphold all safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred

• Solid knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques

• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team setting

• Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Availability to work lunch shifts from 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, including weekends and holidays during the season

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00)
