Maintenance technicians and apartment Turnover Staff with room for growth wanted for growing real estate management company in St Petersburg ! Urban Core is actively hiring for experienced painters, maintenance techs and similar for immediate positions.

Must have own tools and transportation and experience in similar work.

Full Time Monday through Friday Schedule with rotation of on-call off hours.
