Adecco is assisting a Top client in recruiting for a Reception & Administrative Assistant based 100% on-site in New York City.
This position serves as the face of the organization, managing front desk reception and supporting various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and multitasking capabilities in a high-paced environment.
This is a contract position with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
Platforms: Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Visitor Management & Scheduling Tools
Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, multi-line phone systems, office supply ordering systems
Specialized Knowledge: Front-desk operations, calendar scheduling, mail handling, security badge management, travel coordination
**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**
High School Diploma or equivalent required
On-the-job training provided during regular working hours
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, administrative, or hospitality roles
Greet and verify visitors, issue badges, and notify staff of arrivals
Answer and route multi-line phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
Receive and distribute mail/packages; manage parking and transit passes
Coordinate maintenance, order supplies, and support with building-related issues
Operate scanner for remote check deposits; manage office attendance and reservation systems
Plan events, book travel, arrange catering, and support ad-hoc special projects
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders
**OTHER DETAILS**
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST (On-site)

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
