We describe 80% of our menu as "familiar but not common" because we want to offer our community an alternative to the usual offerings - but without scaring them away. We don't serve burgers or fries because you can get those anywhere AND we haven't met a chef yet who isn't tired of cooking them. For the other 20% of our menu, we aim for: "Hey, you want to try something you probably haven't had before?" Sometimes, those items become part of our regular menu.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team at a locally-loved restaurant trying to have some fun with food. Competitive pay based on experience. If you take pride in your work, want to stretch your wings a little and show us something new you've been dying to get people to eat (or something well known but you're sure no one ever had it as good as yours!), and enjoy working in a professional yet friendly kitchen, wed love to hear from you.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 40 per week (summer through fall mostly 40 hours)
