Caregiver for 21-Year-Old Male with Autism + Detail-Oriented Housekeeper Needed

We are looking for exceptional individuals to support a kind, creative 21-year-old male with autism in Venice Beach.
This is a meaningful, long-term opportunity to make a real difference in someones life.

Open Positions

1. Registered Behavior Therapists - Licensed Nurse Practitioners - Caregiver
Pay: $25$35/hour, based on experience
Will train the right person

Schedule:

Monday & Thursday: 6 AM 5 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 6 AM 8 PM
Saturday and Sunday (Stay-awake Overnight): 8 PM 9 AM
Sunday: 1 PM 9 PM

2. Housekeeper (2x per week)
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and thorough - Overnight staff are
also responsible for all cleaning duties and must complete them thoroughly.

Requirements for All Roles

- Valid work permit
- Background check required
- Clean driving record & reliable transportation
- Kind, respectful, calm, patient, and active
- Must be Empathetic, compassionate, and attentive
- Strong team player with a warm, professional attitude

Responsibilities

Companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with walks, hiking, swimming, going to the gym, mobility, eating, support.
- Personal hygiene (including bathing)
- Light housekeeping and shopping
- Driving to and from activities (mileage reimbursed)
- Maintaining a calm, nurturing, and structured environment
- Generalizing skills
