#### **Customer Service Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)**

- Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner

- Up-sell and cross-sell

- Able to generate sales leads from calls

- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

- Memorize, recall, or research answers quickly

- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct solution

- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

- Meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas

- Aim for customer resolution and return

- Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes

- Address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers

- Ringing up customers purchases

- Lumber or hardware experience preferred

- Must be able to work Saturdays

#### **Customer Service Shift Info**

- Day Shift, 07:00 am to 03:30 pm Day shift hours may vary

- Monday - Saturday- will have two days off but may include weekends

#### **Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)**

- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

- Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts

- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

- Customer Service experience preferred

- Able to pass a background check

- Able to work in the US.
