Campus Porter**

**Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an Entry Level Campus Porter Maintenance Assistant to assist with various tasks related to dormitory living items. This role involves assembling and disassembling furniture, transporting items between rooms or buildings, and general clean-up duties such as mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role includes light painting, with training provided by the supervisor on site. The ideal candidate will have basic proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, box cutters, and tape measures.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble/disassemble furniture.
+ Move items between rooms/buildings.
+ Clean (mop, sweep, vacuum).
+ Assist with painting.
+ Use hand tools for maintenance tasks.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Use basic hand tools.
+ Lift heavy objects and work for long periods.
+ Work well in a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Pay attention to detail and follow instructions.
+ Be reliable and punctual.
+ Be adaptable and willing to learn.
