Transition Janitor

Job Summary:

Caravan Facilities Management is seeking a reliable Janitors to support our cleaning operations at our local facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with shift availability.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and hallways in an industrial environment

• Refill restroom and cleaning supplies
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Mop, sweep, vacuum, and perform other general cleaning duties
• Follow company and GM safety standards
• Maintain equipment and cleaning tools properly
• Communicate effectively with team leads and site manager
• Clock in and out using designated systems and report any issues promptly

Requirements:

Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, climb and stand for extended periods
• Must pass background check and adhere to site security rules
• Union membership required upon hire (UAW)
