JOB SUMMARY
Would you like to take your evenings back? We are looking for energetic, upbeat, motivated individuals to help us continue to grow a food landmark in the community of Rockford. Culver's is a brand built on making sure guests who choose Culver's leave happy, and our team members are our first and most important guests. This is a position that can fit whatever your needs and talents may be, and provides the opportunities to grow within our team into higher level positions. We will be hiring both back and front of house team members for morning (7am) into afternoon (8pm). Promotion to supervisory positions or even franchise ownership will be available to those who have the desire to work towards them! This position is flexible and could be as little as 15 hours per week to full time based on your availability and interest. Compensation will be correlated to experience, availability, and desire to take on responsibilities, but at minimum $15 per hour. Weekday availability is key and must be able to work at a minimum from 1130am to to 2pm, but the position is extremely flexible on either side of that. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Consistently provides excellent guest service and hospitality.
- Demonstrates proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently.
- Maintains a neat, well-groomed uniformed appearance.
- Follows restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct of team members and all other policies consistently.
- Assists guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request accurately.
- Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of all others.
