Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at various client sites, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed according to company protocols and client expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time at assigned client locations and perform cleaning duties in accordance with established guidelines. Secure the facility upon completion of work.

• Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks including: sweeping, mopping, buffing, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash receptacles, polishing wood surfaces, wiping down fixtures, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning windows.

• Inspect and restock restroom and facility supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, seat covers, and soap dispensers during each shift.

• Change mop heads and vacuum bags as necessary.

• Perform quality checks to ensure all assigned areas meet the company's cleanliness standards.

• Notify the Area Supervisor or Manager of any supply needs or inventory replenishment.

• Identify and report any maintenance concerns such as damaged flooring, loose furniture, or plumbing issues through verbal communication or provided checklists.

• Comply with all safety protocols related to chemical use, equipment operation, and incident reporting.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new cleaning techniques.

• Self-starter capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required.

• Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods.

• Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and have dependable transportation.
