Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Battle Creek. This position involves maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene at various client sites, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive punctually at assigned locations and complete cleaning duties per established procedures. Ensure all buildings are securely locked upon departure.
Perform a range of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, buffing, polishing surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning windows.
Restock restroom and facility supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and seat covers.
Replace mop heads and vacuum bags as needed.
Conduct quality checks to confirm all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Report supply needs or inventory shortages to the Area Supervisor or Manager.
Identify and report any maintenance issues such as plumbing problems, damaged flooring, or broken furniture.
Follow all safety procedures related to chemical usage, equipment operation, and incident reporting.
Complete other duties as assigned, consistent with the role.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to follow instructions and adopt new cleaning techniques.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs as needed.
Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
