Property Maintenance Technician

Local property management company is seeking a **property maintance technician** whose core responsibilities include both interior and exterior property maintenane tasks of commercial properties.**Daily duties:**- upkeep and maintenance of commercial HVAC units of around properties along- Interior and exterior building maintenance including drywall, painting, floor repairs, etc. - Plumbing and Electrical tasks- Landscaping**Location:** Berkley, MI **Shift:** Day Shift - Monday - Friday**Pay:** $20-25/hr. **An Ideal Candidate will possess the following: **- 1+ year commercial property maintenance experience- Proficient in HVAC Maintenance and repair- Plumbing and electrical experience- Must possess a valid Driver's license- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Ability to work well with other colleagues.- Ability to perform routine or non-complex maintenance tasks without assistance or supervision.
