Full-Time Housekeeper Location: Franklin, TN (Leipers Fork) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Compensation: $83,000-$94,000/year gross DOE Start Date: ASAP Benefits: 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid holidays, monthly wellness stipend, and mileage reimbursement About the Household: Our client is a professional, family-oriented household located on a serene estate in the Franklin, TN area. The home is quiet during the day and becomes more active in the evenings and on weekends. The family is respectful, down-to-earth, and values longevity and trust in their staff. Key Responsibilities: Daily detailed and deep cleaning of the home Laundry, ironing, and care of linens and bedding Organization and household inventory management Preparing the home for occasional guests Coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed Occasional errands (mileage reimbursed) Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is an experienced private housekeeper who takes pride in their work, is proactive, discreet, and enjoys being part of a warm and respectful household. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication are essential. This is a long-term opportunity with a family who appreciates dedication and consistency. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a private home High attention to detail and strong cleaning skills Professional demeanor with excellent references English fluency preferred Must be local; relocation not offered Must respect privacy and confidentiality at all times Confidentiality is essential. Only qualified candidates with strong references will be considered. Required Qualifications: Age: Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Experience: Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred. Driving Record: A driver's license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement. Criminal Background: A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement. Residency Requirement: All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien. Commitment: Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
