Location: Northeast Houston | Schedule: Full-Time | Opportunity: Career Growth

Openwork is seeking a motivated and dependable Industrial Janitor to join a premier industrial facility in Northeast Houston. This role goes beyond standard janitorial dutiesit plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive environment.

What You'll Do:

Maintain cleanliness and safety across production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and equipment

Operate a forklift to support janitorial and material handling tasks

Degrease and detail machinery to ensure top performance

Remove trash, recyclables, and debris efficiently

Respond quickly to spills and workplace hazards

Perform light maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies or replacing bulbs

Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years in industrial or commercial cleaning

Proven forklift experience (required)

Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (dust, noise, temperature shifts)

Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day

Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

What We Offer:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience
