Seasonal Harvest Office Assistant Location: Grand Forks, ND Pay: $18/hour Schedule: July - September: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM October (through end of harvest): 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (subject to change based on harvest needs) Position Type: Seasonal (with potential for long-term/full-time placement for the right individual) Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Seasonal Harvest Office Assistant to support our team during the busy harvest season. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service to incoming applicants, managing communications, and helping ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process for seasonal workers. Key Responsibilities: July: Participate in hands-on training and system onboarding Assist with re-engagement and outreach to prior-year harvest workers August - September: Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate local harvest offices Provide accurate and friendly responses to harvest-related questions Support walk-in applicants by guiding them through the application process Take messages, maintain accurate records, and assist with applicant scheduling October (During Harvest): Continue phone and applicant support as needed during adjusted harvest hours Maintain consistent and professional communication across teams and with applicants Qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred Additional Info: This is a seasonal position that runs from July through the end of October , with the potential for long-term employment for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and alignment with our team culture. #1437OS
