Summary:
The Bellperson will greet and escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with handling luggage, and provide information on available services, facilities, and attractions. They will also deliver outstanding guest service based on the Company Standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist arriving hotel guests courteously.
Handle guests' luggage with care and attention.
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
Ensure guests' needs are met during their stay.
Provide information on hotel amenities and attractions.
Manage the transportation of guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. consistently and 75 lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
