Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Execution: Prepare and cook a wide range of Thai tapas dishes following our unique recipes and presentation standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure every dish served meets our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely service, coordinating closely with the rest of the kitchen team.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation standards and food handling procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and kitchen equipment as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment; experience in Thai cuisine or tapas-style dining is a plus.
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to contribute to menu development and kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work harmoniously in a multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
