Administrative Office Receptionist Secretary

We are currently looking for a person with experience in the automotive and or auto insurance industry. Experience working with auto collision and or Insurance companies is preferred but NOT required. You'll be working in a clean and friendly working environment.
Be detail oriented, good memorization, should possess excellent people skills & proper dress attire, computer literate, data entry, checking and sending emails, meeting and greeting customers, multi tasking answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, arranging appointments, assisting customers in filing claims with insurance companies, constant phone calls contacting Insurance companies on claims status and payments, updating customers on status of their repairs, insurance companies, rental car companies, copying and scanning documents, filling out paperwork, checking in and labeling parts, light office cleaning, again previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
