MI.MOSA is seeking an experienced and motivated **Sous Chef** to join our culinary leadership team. Were a fast-paced, family-owned brunch bar known for our scratch-made craft food, seasonal menus, and vibrant energy.
As Sous Chef, youll work side by side with our Head Chef to lead the kitchen, support staff development, and ensure consistent quality during high-volume service.
