The Forum coffee house is a specialty coffee shop in San Diego specializing in nitro & cold brew coffee, tea, matcha, espresso, and unique house-baked pastries. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to fill barista positions.
For barista, experience with espresso machine is preferred. Customer service is a must. $17.25/hr plus tips ($22+/hr)
The ideal candidates must be fluent in English.
Have excellent communication skills, be professional, reliable, follow orders, be a hard-worker, willing to learn, and overall maintain a fun-filled and friendly environment to work.
Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
