two years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Specific Skills:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
Overseeing food and beverage operations.
Curating menus that include food oerings and beverage pairings
Implement operational procedures for the food and beverage department
Hiring, training, and managing both kitchen and service sta, including waitsta, bartenders, and servers
Set sta work schedules and monitor their performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices for both, food and drink supplies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and beverage supplies.
