Location: The Georgian Terrace Hotel Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM | 5 Days per Week
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience

The Georgian Terrace Hotel is currently hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our overnight operations and guest service team. This position is essential to ensuring that the property remains in top condition during the night, with timely responses to guest room service calls and maintenance needs throughout the hotelincluding kitchens, dining areas, public spaces, and back-of-house service areas.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to guest room repair requests, including issues related to plumbing, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and minor electrical problems

Conduct routine inspections of kitchens, dining rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house support areas
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and log completed work accurately
Reset tripped breakers, unclog drains, replace light bulbs, tighten fixtures, and complete other hands-on repair tasks
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with security and front desk staff when necessary
Communicate effectively with day-shift engineering team during shift change

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or hotel engineering
Hotel or hospitality industry experience is required
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks overnight
Basic knowledge of tools, hand repairs, and general maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact respectfully with guests and staff
