Barista

Location: HATCH KITCHEN, Los Angeles, CA 90035
Part-time / Full-time available
Join our team at Hatch Kitchen, a new, modern, community-driven cafe focused on quality, locally roasted coffee, warm hospitality, and a fast-paced, fun environment.

What Youll Do:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages

- Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest

- Minimal POS operation - mainly take-out and delivery

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold food safety standards

Assist with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Were Looking For:
- Prior barista experience is preferred (but well train the right person!)

- Strong work ethic and punctuality

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Passion for coffee, smoothies and customer service

Must be available mornings and Sunday
