JOB DESCRIPTION*

Job 1: Billiard Pool Hall Cleaner
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Location: No. 3 Road & Leslie, Richmond
Schedule: 4 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday anytime between 6am - 11:30am)
Hours: 2 hours per session (8 hours per week)

Job 2: Exterior Litter Pick Up Cleaner
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Location: Gilbert Road & Westminster Hwy, Richmond
Schedule: 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday anytime during the day)
Hours: 1.5 hours per session (4.5 hours per week)

Job 3: Showroom Cleaner
Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: West 5th Ave and Yukon St, Vancouver
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 12pm
Hours: 3.5 hours per session (14 hours per week)

Job 4: Common Area of Commercial Building Caretaker
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Location: Glen Dr and Pinetree Wy, Coquitlam
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am - 1pm)
Hours: 4 hours each session (20 hours per week)

Mandatory qualifications:

- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors**

Preferred qualifications:

- You own and drive a vehicle
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Wipe, and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
