Job Summary:The Parking Attendant Lead will know and follow company procedures to ensure that guests have a positive experience and assist in training other department employees the company procedures.

The Details:Position Type: SeasonalPay: $15.55/hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on training to new employees and assists in documenting employee's knowledge of position and tasks.

• Assist in addressing and resolving guest inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed

• May fill in for the Parking Supervisor as needed.

• Follow opening and closing procedures.

• Perform Parking Attendant duties as needed, including but not limited to:

• Act as a positive first contact with guests as they arrive.

• Provide direction and information to guests and vehicles on where to park.

• Respond to guest questions and inquiries in a professional manner.

• Assist guests at Pay on Foot stations.

• Help in maintaining cleanliness and clear surfaces of parking facility area, including but not limited to booths, grounds, parking spaces, walkways.

• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.

• Follow Company and departmental environmental and safety practices, policies, and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred or may substitute having demonstrated capability to perform responsibilities.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to train employees to set them up for success.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where tasks and priorities can change quickly and with little notice.
• Willing to "pitch-in" and help the team with tasks.
• Must be a positive team player with flexible schedules who like to have fun and have the passion to work.
• Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures at elevations over 5,000 feet.

Physical Requirements include:

Constantly standing, walking, and handling.

Frequently reaching outward, and carrying/lifting up to 20 pounds.

Occasionally reaching above shoulder, climbing, crawling, squatting/kneeling, bending, lifting/carrying 21-100 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.
