Part-Time Office Receptionist

Topeka-based organization is seeking a professional, friendly Office Receptionist to join their team. This part-time position is ideally needed to work Mondays and Tuesdays (8 hours each day), with some flexibility. $18-$20/hr based on experience!

Candidates with additional experience in bookkeeping, tax, invoicing, and software/database management may be considered for a full-time Office Manager role.

Description:

Part-Time Office Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients, visitors, and staff.

Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

Use various software programs and databases to support office operations.

Process payments, handle mail, and maintain a clean reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks and support day-to-day office functions.

Qualifications:

Part-Time Office Receptionist Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong computer, database, and spreadsheet skills.

Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively.

Must pass background checks and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred: Experience in database management, Spanish language skills.

Full-Time Option: Candidates with additional experience in bookkeeping, tax, invoicing, and software/database management may be considered for a full-time Office Manager role at $22-$23/hour.
