Essential functions:

- Daily cleaning of buildings including dusting, cleaning windows,

floors, walls, and furniture, restrooms/restroom fixtures, toilets,

sinks, etc., as well as other customary custodial duties. Included

within these duties is the use of customary custodial tools and

equipment.

- Assist other employees as needed.

- Willingness to work days, evenings, and/or weekend hours as

necessary.

- Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully

perform the responsibilities of the position.

- Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.

- Serve actively on campus committees.

- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director and/or

Coordinators of the Facilities department.
