Are you a coffee enthusiast who takes pride in crafting the perfect cup

of joe? We\'re on the lookout for a high-energy, guest-focused

**Barista** to join our Margaritaville crew! In this vibrant and

fast-paced role, you\'ll be the one fueling the good vibes-one espresso

shot at a time.

Whether it\'s a tropical twist on a latte or a perfectly poured

cappuccino, you\'ll help create memorable experiences that keep our

guests coming back for more.

**What You\'ll Be Doing:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages-espressos,

lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, and more

- Connect with guests by taking orders, sharing recommendations, and

delivering island-style hospitality

- Show off your latte art and ensure every cup is picture-perfect

- Keep the caf area clean, stocked, and organized (coffee chaos isn\'t

our thing)

- Follow health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain that

fresh, flavorful standard

- Suggest add-ons like pastries, snacks, or souvenirs that sweeten the

guest experience

- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently-whether it\'s cash,

card, or contactless

- Spread positive energy and create a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere

**What You Bring to the Paradise:**

- Experience as a barista or in customer service preferred

**Qualifications**

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

- Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized

work area

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

- Prior cash handling experience
