We are actively looking for a Front of the House manager at Meso in San Jose Santana Row.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless and elevated guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Manage daily floor operations, including table assignments, reservations, and guest flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication and service.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct regular training sessions, and address any service-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- 3+ years of experience in a Front of House leadership role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of upscale dining service standards, wine pairing, and menu presentation.
- Experience managing guest reservations and familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and retain a high-performing FOH team.
- Outstanding communication and guest relations skills, with the ability to handle feedback professionally.
- Maintaining a polished appearance and adhering to business casual attire is essential.
- Calm and effective under pressure, especially during peak service times.
- Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes both guest and team satisfaction.
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve operational goals and maintain the restaurant's overall success.
- Assist in managing FOH scheduling, inventory, and staff development plans.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns to ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
