Job Details- Accountability
Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Dishwasher supports service by maintaining a clean and adequately stocked dish area, replenishing glassware and supplies at the bar, and performing light barback duties as needed. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and ice are available throughout the shift, bussing and resetting guest tables promptly, and keeping back-of-house areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

- Cleans and organizes back of the house dish area
- Regularly cleans and inspects dish machine and other machinery as required, maintains proper dish machine chemical levels.
- Properly sorts and washes all dishware and promptly replenishes kitchen and dishware in service areas.
- Properly sorts and washes all bar glassware and promptly replenishes bar stock.
- Immediately cleans up spills and broken glasses and dishes.
- Circles the restaurant to clear items from guest tables.
- Performs opening and closing duties, sidework, and other deep cleaning duties as assigned, including trash removal from work area
- Willingly assists others without being asked
- Adheres to brand standards and internal policies and procedures.
- Provides prompt and courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests.
- Completes all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Sort, wash, and polish glassware while keeping bar stock replenished.
- Clean up spills and broken glass immediately to ensure safety and maintain cleanliness.
- Perform opening, closing, and deep-cleaning tasks, including trash removal.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to team members and guests, and assist with additional tasks as needed.
- Support bar operations by replenishing batches, prepping garnishes, organizing inventory, and anticipating Kitchen & Bar needs to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Conduct hourly restroom checks and spot-clean floors, kitchen areas, and restock paper towels and supplies as needed.
- Essential Functions
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs throughout shift; places items on high and low shelves in store rooms, service areas, walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab.
- Must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area.
- Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements.
- Must meet any state, country or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
- Must be able to observe wares for cleanliness and chemical labels for safe handling.
- Must be able to address customers and fulfill or relay their requests.
- Must be able to stand and walk during a 4 to 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to frequently immerse hands in water.
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment to respond to employee and guest needs.
- Must be able to work with potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Position Qualifications
- Minimum Age requirements of 18.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Meets uniform and grooming standards and maintains them throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass all required tests and training requirements.
- Must meet any state, country or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling if applicable
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00) plus tips
