Job Details Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk cafe.The team at Borromini is looking to add Pasta Prep Cooks to their opening team who are interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.If you have experience working with doughbe it pasta, dumplings, or tortillasand possess a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Desired candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Pasta/ Line Cook, preferably in a Italian-inspired restaurant
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Experience in dough preparation (pasta, dumplings, tortillas) preferred.
- Ability to m aintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards
- Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
