What Youll Do

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and guest services

• Accurately reconcile daily hotel transactions and prepare audit reports

• Serve as the overnight point of contact for guests, ensuring comfort and security

• Address guest requests and emergencies with professionalism and care

The Essentials

Youll need excellent English communication skills, proficiency in computer use, and a strong attention to detail. The role requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Previous night audit or hotel front desk experience is a big plus.

Compensation
