About the Role:

As a barista at Coffee Mill, you'll help create memorable moments for customers by delivering top-tier service and handcrafted drinks. Your goal is to brighten someone's day - one cup at a time.

Basic Requirements:

• Prior serving or barista experience is preferred along with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, Saturdays, and holidays. We are closed on Sundays!
• Ability to follow standards for beverage and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Willingness to take on different tasks throughout the day
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Good listener who's not afraid to ask questions
• Great with people and enjoys building relationships
