What Youll Do:

  • Lead and support daily dining room operations with attention to detail and warmth

  • Supervise, assign, and assist servers to ensure timely, quality service

  • Monitor meal delivery to ensure proper temperature and presentation

  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, table setups, and cleanliness

  • Assist with training new team members and promote team success

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations

  • Attend and contribute to team huddles, food safety meetings, and learning circles

  • Report hazards, accidents, and equipment concerns to dining leadership

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a neat appearance

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must treat residents, family, guests, and coworkers with kindness, respect, and demonstrates excellent customer service.
  • Criminal background check, drug screen must be completed and acceptable prior to starting work.
  • Must be able to read menus, written instructions, diet orders, recipes, and understand measurement, preparation, and categories of food for special diets, including texture modifications and thickened liquids.
  • Serving or Customer Service and Leadership experience preferred
  • Servsafe certification preferred, but can be obtained on the job
