POSITION SUMMARY :

The role of the Retail Cashier supports and contributes to store productivity and profitability through customer service excellence, a consistent brand experience and the ability to build emotional connection with the guest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Models the BIG Experience in all guest interactions providing genuine Ozarks hospitality and outstanding service

  • Processes transactions in an efficient and accurate manner

  • Ability to perform opening and closing procedures

  • Stays up to date on product knowledge to make accurate to beneficial recommendations to guests

  • Stays up to date on resort-wide knowledge to share with guests in a confident and fun manner

  • Demonstrates knowledge and insight regarding inventory levels, customer feedback and product requests and can suggest alternate options (SWAT).

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards throughout the store.

  • Other duties as assigned; reports to Store Manager
