General Custodian - Lindbergh Early Childhood Education

• Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2025
• Full-time position, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm; 40 hours/week
• Schedule: 12 months, Monday - Friday
• Beginning hourly rate: $16.83 + .25 restroom detail, Subject to experience
• Full Benefits included: Medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, retirement
• Non-exempt

Summary: Keeps the district's school buildings in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans and preserves designated spaces campus wide.
• Regular custodial tasks:
• • classroom cleaning, sweep/mop/vacuuming of classrooms, trash removal, restrooms, laundry, playground, snow shoveling.
• Restocks disposable items and communicate/order supply items with day custodian.
• Ability to use and maintain ride-on floor machine and other building equipment.
• Assists visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within building.
• Assist with event set ups & take downs as needed, may include tables, chairs, etc.
• Overtime as needed

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior Custodial experience preferred but not required
