Our supervisors are held at a high standard with clear expectations to be the leader of the restaurant, the ambassadors of our product, and the executor of our hospitality. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be an integral member of our leadership team. You will support our seamless service while continuing to develop and coach the team. You are the expert for the front of house operations of the restaurant and partner with the kitchen to execute quality product and service to each guest.

Champion Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address guest concerns, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a stellar reputation for exceptional service.
Drive Performance: Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve and surpass performance goals.
What Were Looking For
Proven Leadership: Minimum 4 years of supervisor experience in restaurants, ideally in upscale fast pace environments
Passion for Hospitality: A natural ability to exceed guest expectations and deliver top-tier service.
Inspiring Leadership: Exceptional communication and mentorship skills to empower your team to succeed.
Detail-Oriented: A commitment to cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
