The Iron Mountain Bar & Grill, a recently revitalized, family-friendly restaurant in the heart of Sedro-Woolley, is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. We are proud to offer a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy our fresh and exciting menu, complemented by a fantastic selection of craft cocktails, local beers, and wines.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair.
Engage with guests, take orders, Serve Food and make recommendations from our drink and food menus.
Craft classic and signature cocktails according to our recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including glassware, garnishes, and all necessary supplies.
Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions through our POS system.
Verify the identification of customers to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
Assist with bar inventory management and ordering.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service for all guests.
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Valid Washington State MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit required.
Food handler's permit is a plus.
