Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Personal Injury law firm looking for a full time office administrator. The ideal candidate will have office experience, be highly organized, detail oriented, responsible, computer literate, and have excellent writing and verbal skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. This position will start immediately. This is an entry level position with room for growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounting
- Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Adobe)
- Must be punctual, professional and reliable
- Must possess good writing and communication skills.
- Must possess very strong organizational skills, be highly detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Attorney & Case Managers with special projects
- Updating case information
- Faxes, mail, scanning, and copying
- Process client correspondence
- Cover reception area and answer calls
- Calendaring appointments
- Prioritizes workload in an efficient and effective manner
